Magentatechie  made a adept suggestion going to a T-Mobile store. Is there one close to where you live? I live 7 miles where I bought a new telephone, installed the nanoSIM, it was setup, and I have had no problems.

Yet, you can accept our Squad of Experts or T-Force folks file a Assist Desk Ticket for this. I'm not sure why but I tried the jump upgrade yesterday on my line and everything went through perfectly. It'due south just updating a regular line no matter which 1 hits a snag

If traveling to the store is is more inconvenient, we'll need to become our Squad of Experts folks to go a Assistance Desk ticket filed for the site to resolve the issue. To become the phone ordered, nosotros'll either need to assist at the shop or have our Care folks over the phone help.

Seems to still be a problem. Can't order on whatever browser I've tried or with the T-Mobile app.  Been trying for a few days but guess we volition just keep our three old phones to avoid paying an upgrade fee at the shop.

My existing phones are paid off, and so in theory, I should be a flight risk you want to rope dorsum into some other 24-calendar month contract, but yous're not making this easy auction piece of cake.

Here's the screen I get later choosing "Skip accessories:"

Having the aforementioned issue, accept talked to a representative on the phone twice and fifty-fifty did a two 60 minutes long Chat with a back up tech on the website. Still unable to get the system or website to requite me my upgrade. This is beyond outrageous and information technology looks similar this has been going on for well over a yr without a fix. This is consummate crap. Looks like they also stopped monitoring these Back up threads.

They are just trying to get you to the store and then they can SELL you lot something more expensive or a unlike programme or the upgrade fee, THIS FAILS ON ALL BROWSERS so its not calculator related. They should just be upfront about it and say You lot Take TO Get TO THE STORE to upgrade the telephone instead of wasting customers time thinking they have a browser issue when its obvious this is a scam.

@tmo_elesa@tmo_mike_c And then you are saying y'all have had this "technical" upshot since November 2018 and its still not resolved.  You should only tell your customers that it is not possible to upgrade/order phones over the internet and that they need to goto the shop so you tin charge them the $20 upgrade fee and run across if you can convince them to buy another more than expensive devise or expensive programme, I become y'all run a business just dont waste your customers time spending hours trying to run across if its a browser consequence when this is probably just a style to get people to the store.  If that's Non the case and so you have serious issues with your evolution staff who cant fix a customer facing problem for over 8 MONTHS.
